Physical features	– The library is located next to Subway and has an external (to Stockland) entry door facing Gillies St – Automatic door with sensor to enter the building – Doorways wide enough for wheelchair and scooter access: 32 in (815 mm) – Variable height customer service counters for sitting and standing – Library is located on one flat level – Wide browsing spaces that can accommodate wheelchairs or scooters – Seating is not fixed and can be moved for greater access
Assistance animals	Assistance animals are welcome, including an assistance dog within the meaning of section 4(1) of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 (Vic).
Accessible toilet	Toilets, including accessible toilets and a Changing Places facility are located within the Stockland Shopping Centre.
Parents’ facilities	There is a Parents Room located inside Stockland Shopping Centre.
Library collection	Large print books – There is a collection of books with larger font size to make it easier to read. Audiobooks – There are collections of “talking books” which are recordings of books which you can listen to. These are available on CD or digitally. Ebooks – Access digital books anywhere from your own device and adjust text size and more for readability.
Public PCs	There are four public computers available for use. PCs run Windows and include accessibility features.
Communication aids	– Hearing Loop installed – Magnifier sheet available
