Library Outreach

Library Outreach brings the library to you. Ballarat Libraries is committed to providing library services across our city. Browse and borrow at outreach points in Buninyong and Lucas and enjoy children’s programming at a range of sites across the City of Ballarat. 

Buninyong

Browse our mobile collection each week at Buninyong Community House.

Thursdays 2pm–5pm

  • All abilities access is available via rear entrance and carpark from Union Street

Lucas

Browse, borrow and return items independently with the Library Kiosk at Lucas Community Hub.

Attend Wriggle and Rhyme Tuesdays during school term, 10.30am.

Children’s programs

Ballarat Libraries provide Storytimes, after school activities and school holiday programs at locations across Ballarat, including Lucas Community Hub, Wendouree Neighbourhood Centre, Eureka Centre Ballarat and Djila-tjarriu Community Hub.
