- Borrow up to 100 physical items at once, including books, audiobooks, magazines and DVDs
- Access our extensive Digital Library, featuring ebooks, audiobooks, magazines, film streaming, educational games and more
- Return your items to any City of Ballarat library through our 24/7 return chutes
- Reserve up to 30 items on hold at any time and be notified by email or SMS when your item is ready for collection
- Renew your items up to two times unless another library member is waiting for them
- Never pay overdue fines— fees only apply for lost or damaged items
- Use our public PCs, available for free access at all our libraries
