Meeting rooms are available for hire at Ballarat Library and Sebastopol Library. View the rooms in the image gallery at the bottom of this page.

Ballarat Library meeting rooms

Ballarat Library has three meeting rooms for hire.

Features

• Large-screen TV with HDMI plug-in capability
• Wall-mounted controls for lights
• Whiteboard
• WiFi

Meeting Room 2:
2 small tables, 2 large tables, 12 chairs.

Meeting Room 3:
1 small table, 2 large tables, 18 chairs.
Lecture style capacity: 18
Workshop style capacity: 12

Meeting Room 4:
1 small table, 3 large tables, 24 chairs.
Lecture style capacity: 24
Workshop style capacity: 18

Session times:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
Full Day: 9.30am-5.30pm
Half Day: 9.30am-1pm OR 1.30pm-5.30pm

Wednesday:
Full Day: 9.30am-6.30pm
Half Day: 9.30am-1pm OR 1.30pm-6.30pm

Saturday:
Full Day: 9.30am-3.30pm
Half Day:9.30am-12.30pm OR 1pm-3.30pm

Sunday:
Half Day: 1pm-3.30pm

Cost:

Library meeting room rates: 

Corporate – $50 per half day / $100 full day 

Not for profit – $30 per half day / $60 full day 

Community – $10 per hour 

Please Note:

Corporate: individuals and business 

Non-profit: NFPs, charities, government organisations 

Community: Seniors, concessions, students, community interest groups

Sebastopol Library meeting rooms

Sebastopol Library has two meeting rooms available for hire.

Features:

• WiFi
• Large-screen TV with HDMI plug-in capability
• Kitchenette available with hot water, fridge, microwave and dishwasher

Meeting Room 1:
5 tables, 40 chairs.

Meeting Room 2:
1 large table, 8 chairs.

Session times:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Full Day: 9.30am-4.30pm
Half Day: 9.30am-1pm OR 1pm-4.30pm

Thursday:
Full Day: 9.30am-4.30pm (7.30pm on Thursday)
Half Day: 9.30am-1pm OR 1pm-4.30pm (7.30pm on Thursday)

Saturday:
Half Day: 9.30am-12pm

Cost:

Corporate – $50 per half day / $100 full day 

Not for profit – $30 per half day / $60 full day 

Community – $10 per hour
