Each Energy Saver Kit contains:

You must be a library member to request a kit. You can join online.
Energy Saver Kits can be borrowed from and returned to Ballarat Library only. The kits must be returned to library staff during opening hours. Do not use the returns chute.
Kits will be checked to ensure that all contents have been returned in good condition. Loans policy applies.
